The goal was 60 days. Sixty days of diligence in completing my Daily Dozen. My version of disappearing and working on myself. Coming back a new and better, more committed person.
I made it to 16 days completed. Through October 2nd. Then because of not doing stuff in the morning, completing what I put off until the evening, working late, and a 2 hour phone call that lasted until 1130pm, I blew it yesterday. I missed on steps, DDPYoga and reading.
On the Bright Side of Things
Yesterday was 125 days no soda
21 days of writing here. Today will be 22 days.
And Now!
I start over!
I need to read, do 120 steps and DDPYoga to start all over today.
